Thank you for visiting. My name is Jeramie Vaine. And I beyond grateful for all of the people who continue to come into my life. And stay there. Without you none of this would be possible.

From boards to use. Beds to sleep in. Great food to eat. Cold beer. And great friendships.

All of it keeps me going.

Where it takes me.

In 2011 I was introduced to both SUP and Yoga, where a love for a healthy, active lifestyle was born. And now I have the opportunity to share my knowledge of the benefits of SUP and Yoga through traveling, writing and social media.

My travels bring me to teach at Wanderlust Festival’s, stand up paddleboard trainings and clinics, SUP Yoga workshops and stand up paddle events. And I also work closely with stand up paddleboard retailers and outfitters as a business consultant.

Along with my teaching and travels, my love of these activities are shared by passing along educational information to print and online media sources.

My goal is to share everything I have learned to everyone I meet. Encouraging others to follow their dreams and chase their goals.

And the process is simple.

  1. Hi Jeramie,

    I heard from the folks at Downunder that you do SUP yoga clinics in the New England area. Do you teach other types of SUP fitness as well? I’m a Connecticut SUP enthusiast who began using resistance bands to rehab a severe shoulder injury. Of course, I’m always looking for ways (excuses?) to do anything on a paddleboard, so I developed a set of resistance bands I could safely use on my paddleboard in combination with my paddle. I thought hey, you’re carrying this paddle with a handle that resembles a bar…why not use it! I found doing normal resistance band exercises on a SUP intensified the overall challenge and fitness benefit, not to mention it’s a lot of fun.

    Anyway, I was wondering if you might be interested in incorporating these resistance bands in any of your SUP fitness instruction. You can see more info about them at Let me know if you’d have an interest in using them.
